We believe that beauty should be accessible to everyone. That is why LASHCOVE offers free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Whether you are ordering one pair of lashes or a full beauty kit, you will never be charged for delivery. Enjoy complimentary shipping to all eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Please note that free shipping applies to standard ground service only; expedited options are available at an additional cost.
Order Processing and Handling
All orders placed at LASHCOVE are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Our handling time is between 0 to 2 business days. This means that once your order is placed, it typically leaves our facility within two business days. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed on the next business day. For example, an order placed at 5:01 PM EST on a Monday will begin processing on Tuesday. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, and many orders are shipped the same day if placed before the cutoff.
Transit Time and Delivery
After your order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days for domestic shipments. This timeframe begins after the handling period is complete. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, depending on the carrier’s schedule. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by LASHCOVE. Factors such as weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays may affect delivery. We recommend tracking your shipment to stay informed of its progress.
Shipping Address and Order Updates
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. LASHCOVE is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
