30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests outside this 30-day period cannot be accepted. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Free Returns with No Restocking Fees
LASHCOVE covers the cost of return shipping for all domestic returns. There are absolutely no restocking fees, so you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return package is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation from LASHCOVE once your refund has been initiated. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, simply indicate that when you contact us. Exchanges are processed free of charge and shipped out once your return is received. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative options.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products—such as opened or used lash adhesives, tweezers, or any item marked as final sale—cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description at the time of purchase for any special return restrictions.
Damaged or Defective Items
